Hitting The Town

Good Morning, Y’all!!!

Well, four days in and I can tell y’all that one of the most fabulous joys of being a blogger is…being a blogger!!!  Not a girl who is working on her blog!  Not a girl who is sitting at her kitchen table, trying to figure out which widget space works best in which page location!  Not a girl who feels the frustration and anxiousness of the clock ticking away in her head, as she tries desperately to understand code!!!

Nope!  One of the most fabulous joys of being a blogger is…blogging!!!

It is sitting down…at that same kitchen table and blogging!!!

It is sitting down…and having all of that lovely ‘content’ come streaming forth, in a delightful blaze of blogging joyfulness!

It is sitting down…and having a good and proper space to share my thoughts…and hoping that they inspire and instruct and yes, undoubtedly, influence those who graciously carve out a few moments in their busy daily schedules, to read them!

You know what else it is?  It is getting to savour the delight of sharing my blog with everyone.  It is a darling little bag from @apolis that announces my blog and lets others in on all this blogging excitement!!!

It is the happiness of seeking out just the right spot from which to showcase this post…this first post since my blog launch proper.  This post that says, “Here I am again!!!  Back with more blogging delight and joy to share with y’all and I can hardly wait!!!”

And yes, it is most assuredly, the profound sense of gratitude to y’all for all of your well-wishes and excitement for me with this launch!  It is the realization of stepping over the threshold into a brand-‘Something New’ world with adventures and challenges and opportunities and delights!!!

It is the recognition from so many of y’all…the kind and heart-warming recognition, that the hard-worker that I am in my everyday life is translating to my online presence and y’all are enjoying what we are building here!!!

It is the powerful realization that I am literally, just getting started, and celebrating the first steps of seeing my vision for this space become a reality!!!

Absolutely, it is a powerful sense of community…being brand-‘Something New’ to the world of social media, and being welcomed so kindly, with such loving encouragement, has been such a blessing to this Texas Girls’ heart!!!  Y’all have been such a blessing!!!

I already can’t wait to be with y’all next time…I just adore adore adore this blogging life!!!
